Heavy showers expected until April 14: Met Dept.

Showers or thundershowers would occur at several places this morning due to the turbulent nature of the lower sea area off the east coast of the country and the current rainy situation will persist until April 14, the Meteorological Department said.

They said heavy showers are also expected throughout the country this afternoon. (CS)
