Heavy rains flood houses in Bogawanthalawa

Bogawantalawa is about 5000 feet above sea level and in the hill country since the land is not flat there is always a way for the water to flow to lower areas. This flooding is surprising

Due to poor town planning by previous regimes , the country gets flooding everytime there is some rain. Namal should pay compensation for the damages.
