Hasaranga ruled out of Bangladesh T20I series
Colombo, July 9 (Daily Mirror) - Sri Lanka’s T20I captain Wanindu Hasaranga has been ruled out of the upcoming T20I series against Bangladesh after sustaining a hamstring injury on his right leg.
The injury occurred while he was batting during the third and final ODI of the series.
Following medical assessment, Hasaranga will return to Colombo to begin his rehabilitation at Sri Lanka Cricket’s High Performance Centre.
Sri Lanka Cricket said that no replacement will be named for Hasaranga in the T20I squad.
