Colombo, Jan. 11 (Daily Mirror) - Making a triumphant return to international cricket for the first time since last July, spinner Wanindu Hasaranga showcased a stellar performance by securing seven wickets, his best-ever figures in ODIs during the final ODI against Zimbabwe today.
Zimbabwe found themselves all out for 96 runs, with Joylord Gumbie contributing the highest score of 29 for the team. (SF)

Hasaranga has a great future. Be dedicated to training, do not engage in Cricket politics, take the opportunities you get to play and do your part in the play.

If we need to improve our chances of winning we should be competing with stronger teams includng Bangladesh and Afghanistan otherwise we could once again end up at the bottom of the table as in the 2023 ODI world cup recently and be bowled out for 55 runs against India once again. Hope Hasaranga will be fit enough to face the music against the best.
