The decision on bailing out the Frontline Socialist Party (FSP) member Kumar Gunaratnam will be given on 31st of this month, Kegalle Magistrate Prasanna Alwis said.

Gunaratnam was remanded for overstaying his 30-day tourist visa. (Rohan Kumara)
