Colombo, Oct. 7 (Daily Mirror) - The government is out to discourage the production and usage of plastic bottles and shift towards using glass bottles, Minister of Industries Sunil Handunetti told Parliament today. 

He said the government is ready to grant a host of concessions to glass bottle manufacturing projects.
