Please stop importing any more three-wheelers. Nothing wrong with the vehicle, but the drivers, when on the road,are law unto themselves.

Tippers as a class of vehcle has the highest percentageo f fatal accidents. They are required to do 4 trips per day wind rain or traffic notwithstanding. And they suffer little damage - so go flat out to kill.

Tile to put speed monitors in tippers and three wheelers. They are not expensive these days.
