Colombo, July 28 (Daily Mirror) - Former Navy Commander Nishantha Ulugetenne has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in connection with an investigation into a kidnapping incident in the Pothuhera area.

The alleged incident dates back to the period when Ulugetenne served as the Director of Naval Intelligence.
