Colombo, March 13 (Daily Mirror) - Former Superintendent of the Boossa Prison, Siridath Dhammika, was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in Thalagaha, Akmeemana a short while ago, police said.

When the Prison officers decline the inmates use of mobile phones that will go as a big grudge against them. When the rule of law is applied, those who apply get harmed. What the Government should do is to impose three days Island wide curfew for 03 days and deploy three forces and the police, search every house, buildings in the country, arrest culprits , seize all illegal fire arms . Otherwise there is no way to come out of this menace.
