Five arrested for treasure hunting in Galnewa

Colombo, June 29 (Daily Mirror) - Five persons who were allegedly digging for treasure in a garden in Galnewa were arrested by the Galnewa police.

The suspects were arrested on information received by the Galnewa police.

Police said the suspects were digging for treasure while an exorcist was performing some rituals.

Police have taken into custody some equipment used for treasure hunting and several items used for the rituals.
