Father arrested for drowning son, daughter in well

The Walachchena Police arrested a man for allegedly killing his son and daughter at Mawadihena in Walachchena today. Police said the man alleged to have thrown his 7-year-old daughter and the 10-year-old son in to a well early this morning.
