An explosion was reported in a garbage dump behind the Pugoda Magistrate's Court this morning, police said.

They said no casualties or damages were reported following the explosion.

යුද බිමේ සැලකිය යුතු කලක් රාජකාරි කරමින් නැගෙනහිර පළාතේ දී ත්‍රස්තයන්ට එරෙහිව සටන් වැදුණු ඉතිහාසය මේ අවස්ථාවේදී මට සිහිවේ. එදා නැගෙනහිර මුසල්මානු ජන කොටස්වල ආරක්ෂාව උදෙසා අප සියලු දෙනා සටන් වැදුණේ ජීවිත කැප කරමිනි. ඒ කැප කිරීමේදී අපට ජාති ආගම් භේදයක් තිබුණේ නැත. එදා කුඩා දරුවන්ව සිටි පිරිස් සිය ජීවිත ආරක්ෂා කරගෙන අද වනවිට ආත්මඝාතක බෝම්බකරුවන් බවට පරිවර්තනය වී සිටීම ගැන ක්‍රියාන්විතයේ සක්‍රීය වූ නිලධාරියකු හැටියට මම අවංකවම කම්පා වෙමි. දිවා රෑ නොබලා අප ජීවිත කැප කළේ මෙවැනි ඉරණමක් වෙනුවෙන් දැයි යන පැනය මසිතට නැඟේ. එල්.ටී.ටී.ඊයට සන්නද්ධ වීමට අදාළ දේශපාලන න්‍යායක් තිබුණේය. ඔවුහු වෙනම රටක් ඉල්ලා සිටියහ. ඒ වෙනුවෙන් දේශපාලන තර්ක විදහා පෑහ. එහෙත් මේ විනාශය කුමක් ද? එහි පදනම කුමක්ද? මේ ප්‍රහාරයෙන් මියගිය බහුතරය දෙමළ කිතුණුවෝය. මෙය ආගමික උමතුවක් බව පැහැදිලි එනිසාය. බලධාරීන් නිසියාකාරව මේ ක්‍රියාවලිය අධ්‍යයනය කළ යුතුය.

To Ex DIG, Fully agree with your comment and we are little late in nipping this crisis in the bud. These religious frenetics wants nothing in return, except pleasing some of their masters. Which means the masters are gaining something from somebody. This somebody should be reaping the harvest of what he sowed. Let's see who is making the biggest gain and....... Isn't history repeating?

Why cant Mslims Streamline their preaches ,if some one goes beyond that and preach extremism , the person /group do so shall be arrested and punished.!! by looking at Zharan's sisters comment regarding Wahhabism,Muslim only Sri Lanka Ideology ,I feel that wee need to eradicated these monsters immediately !
