Harsha was from the once powerful UNP and then the influential SJB, who had plenty of ruling power in the past. Collectively they did very little for the development of the country. Now they're abjectly rejected by the people thanks to their poor track record, Harsha sits in the opposition and try to talk big of ideas the government already has in the works. Typical loser behaviour of someone who's facing a bleek future unless he switch sides. He has some intelligence compared to his colleagues, why not put it to good use rather than singing baila from a sinking ship.
