Another promise gone to bust! This is not surprising when you see how other promises made by the JVP guys before the last two elections are being kept. Every promise has turned out to be big lie!!! PS: When there are true and genuine comments, we see a surge in "thumps down" votes. Some organised NPP cohort gives negative votes en masse. This itself is sufficient to understand the how desperate the NPP is now in the face of an imminent election defeat. But you can't fool all the people all the time!!!
