True - announcement by EU will happen at 3.30pm lanka time on the 21st however the actual export date will be 3 months later.

Wonder why India isn't banned from exporting fish to Europe for all their illegal fishing methods. Basically Sri Lanka can't export our catch to Europe. So Indians came here, catch & export. What a joke? via DM Android App
