No one can prove a threat solely based on spoken words without providing evidence of the context and intent behind those words while a (death) threat can be a criminal offense it requires proof of the speaker's intent to cause harm or fear not the words themselves. Isn't it ridiculous for a 21 year teenager (female) to cause harm or fear and as laymen our view is that this has created a fear psychosis in the minds of the public. Even a contempt of Court takes some time for a suspect to be arraigned in a Court of law and in this case it has taken only 2 days something which seems strange in the public mind which should be recorded in the Guinness book of records for this suspect to taste the four walls of the prison. My goodness look at the predicament of the citizens who voted this government to power but this does not absolve the rogues who robbed the public purse to face justice!!!!
