In the West , “ democracy” is only for propaganda purposes and in reality everyone is monitored and those with dissenting voice is monitored 24/7. The difference between Russia and any Western country is that in the former they watch over you openly but in the latter it is done more aggressively but discreetly, so no one knows until years later.

All Ranil's plans are good except that he never thinks of any plans to recover the wealth plundered by Politicians and Officials in the past that lead to the crisis the country is now in. He can do this by even excluding him and his cronies.
