Deadline set for school stationery grant process; No further extensions

Colombo, July 14 (Daily Mirror) - The Education Ministry has announced the deadlines for the 2026 programme to provide grants for the purchase of stationery for schoolchildren, stating that no further extensions will be granted.

According to the announcement, beneficiary information must be entered by July 25, 2026, while the verification of beneficiary details must be completed by July 27, 2026.

The deadline for scanning vouchers has been set for August 30, 2026.

The Ministry said the deadlines are final and urged all relevant officials to complete the required procedures within the stipulated timeframe, as no further extensions will be granted.
