Deadline for 2026 GCE A/L applications ends tomorrow

Colombo, April 23 (Daily Mirror) - The Examinations Department announced that the deadline for submitting applications for the General Certificate of Education (GCE ) Advanced Level Examination (A/L) Examination 2026 falls at 12:00 midnight tomorrow (24).

The department said that applications are being accepted strictly online from March 24 to April 24, 2026, and no submissions will be accepted after the closing time. Online registration will also be disabled after midnight.

Authorities emphasized that the deadline will not be extended under any circumstances, urging all applicants to complete and submit their applications before the cutoff time.
