This lawyer obviously does not know law or just wanted ATTENTION. What ever said inside parliament chamber during session can not be challenged outside the parliament its called member's privilege.

And he probably said the truth.

Except when it is against SC and President of CA. That is the technicality.

Who is this Lawyer? Seeking some publicity or expecting an all paid ticket from SLC for the next WC in USA to perk up performance levels of SL Cricketers? She apparently is unaware of Parliamentary previledges. Lets appoint Bandula Karunaratne hear it to receive a favourable reply. Does SLC have to forkout the expenses for the Lawyer?

No basis for this type of legal actions in a democratic country. If the judge is alleged to be a corrupt fellow driven by political masters, the people have the right to know about such shady characters. Let the people decide through a correct legitimate mechanism. People have the right if they suspect someone is engaged in activities, it does not matter he/she can be a judge, minister or the president. Sovereignty does not belong to this selected few. It belongs to the people.
