Colombo Dockyard trading suspension deferred until Dec.

Colombo Dockyard PLC yesterday said the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) has granted a deferment of the suspension of trading of its shares that was scheduled to take place on 10 September 2025.

The SEC has extended the deferment of the suspension of trading until 11 December 2025.

The company’s securities were transferred to the Watch List of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) on 10 June 2024 and again on 16 June 2025, after its independent auditors flagged an emphasis of matter on going concern in their reports for the financial years ended 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024.
