At least 10 people, including one woman, were hospitalised following a clash between two protesting factions at Temple Trees this morning, police said.

According to hospital sources, nine men and one woman were admitted for medical treatment. Six were admitted to ward number 72 in the Colombo National Hospital (CNH). Two of them were discharged from the outpatient department (OPD) and another two patients are still receiving treatment at the OPD.

The clash broke out at 2.45 am today. (Darshana Sanjeewa Balasuriya)

These bandits who have occupied the President's house and PM's house must be held responsible for the damage they've caused for destroying valuable furniture, household items, paintings etc. Do they have any idea how much damage they've caused so far?

Now it’s time to Antare and other groups who involved in ‘aragalaya’ announced they are leaving these important places and hand over to responsible parties after taking inventory,otherwise this would be a permanent black mark to them
