Central Expressway to be completed by 2028: Minister

Colombo, Sept. 26 (Daily Mirror) - The government intends to complete the Central Expressway by 2028, Transport Minister Bimal Ratnayake told Parliament today.
He said the delay in starting the work on certain phases of the project, discrepancies and malpractice have made the government pay a large sum of Rs. 6 billion per kilometre.
