....There are many who have made it rich come what may , the down side of the story from rags to riches ...this could be an isolated case in the field of importing products related to the health and well being of people ..the moral high ground and the contrasting reality of it all ..Some people may still be unaware what or who was responsible for the grief they suffer when all they did was to visit a hospital for an ailment ..

Corruption in certain areas are getting investigated. We never saw Doctors arrested and now we see that happening. It will be a signal for the future doctors/administrators that country is gradually changing and the SC too is giving judgements to arrest corruption. I wish if another investigation commences about the assets of those who were named by the SC for our economic downfall

I cannot understand why Medical supplies and the Accountant is held liable when The DHS/Minister .procurement committee walks free. It is like holding the Magistrate responsible for crimes committed within his area. I can vouch for the absolute honesty and sincerity of one of those who has voiced against these malicious dealings but has no power to prevent. This is purely diverting the public to enable the culprit go free.

One of the news items clearly stated that the former minister Keheliya Rambukwella and the secretary are clearly responsible for the corruption. These public servants act according to their instructions and the minister escapes all convictions. How sad.
