CBSL flags fake job ads misusing its name and logo

WARNING

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) has warned the public about an employment scam falsely using its name.
It shared there is an increase in fake job advertisements circulating on social media and other platforms and frequent misuse of the official logo of the Bank to deceive the public by claiming that they are offering job opportunities at CBSL.

“We emphasise that CBSL does not publish job advertisements on third-party social media platforms, and all official career opportunities are available only on the CBSL website under the Careers section and through our official social media channels,” it said.
