What a big deal about 18 grams and 920 milligrams of Kush and 2 grams and 600 milligrams of Hashish! If the bigger fish were flushed out first this would be ok. But in the absence of reigning in the big fish is there a point in harassing little sprats like this? Wonder if someone was looking for some grease?

And yet, while all this harmless fun is being had by harmless tourists, we read about our so-called security forces actually DEALING hardcore DRUGS. Just for the record, I still don't see the Rajapakses arrested for all their ill-gotten possessions.

Aren't these legal in some countries?

Sooner than later Nuwara Eliya (little England) will be called the drug capital of Sri Lanka.. It is a shame that an english woman would try to tarnish the image of her ancestors who helped to build this beautiful town over a hundred years ago.

Before the so called British came they been using this as a medicin and the British stole it from us and legalized it in England...banned it in sri lanka. You fool is talking about this.... I am.high right now... Lol

@Ceylonese: Hashish is hardly a hardcore drug that is likely to tarnish any image. It's legal in most broadminded countries

@Colombo boyz : You are both high and stupid. Deadly combination.

stupidest question, what has that got to do with anything? instead of focusing on these, they should focus on hardcore drugs in colombo that does more harm

Drug is the major issue in Sri Lanka right now, If you do not anything about it right now, later it is going to be much worse
