Brigadier Franklin Joseph appointed Defence Ministry spokesman
Colombo, July 25 (Daily Mirror) - Brigadier Franklin Joseph officially assumed duties as the new Director of Media and Spokesman for the Ministry of Defence, succeeding Colonel Nalin Herath.
A senior officer of the Sri Lanka Army Engineers Corps, Brigadier Joseph brings over three decades of distinguished military service, marked by professionalism, leadership, and a strong commitment to national security.
Prior to his new appointment, he served as the Centre Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers.
