Just check on current officials. They take minimum Rs. 50,000 to accept final hard copy plans even all documents are perfectly done. As digital lodging is now in place what they do is the catching of clients when hard copies are submitted at the end of process. They ask money to proceed. Otherwise process is delayed citing unforeseen reasons prompting clients to pay it. Ask public to complain anonymously on this. You will get hundreds of complaints about current officials.
