Boat seized with ICE, heroin in Kalpitiya

Colombo, Dec. 6 (Daily Mirror)- The Sri Lanka Navy seized a boat that was transporting heroin and Crystal methamphetamine (ICE) in the seas off Kalpitiya last night.

The Navy seized 63.718 kgs of ICE and 14.802 kgs of heroin packed in three bags.

The drug haul has been handed over to the Police Narcotics Bureau for investigations.

The Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) is conducting investigations to arrest the owner of the boat, who is a resident of Kalpitiya.
