March 26 - The Department of Homeland Security secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, said the Key Bridge collision does not appear to be an intentional act.
In an update to X, Mayorkas said: “There are no indications this was an intentional act and we are assessing the impacts to the Port of Baltimore.”
Mayorkas added that the US Coast Guard and other agencies are in Baltimore assisting with search and rescue efforts.

The bridge consisted of several segments. The way it collapsed in all segments I doubt if the bridge was in a healthy condition

@Ram You 'uncivil' comment indicates that your brain is fully corroded and beyond repair! No pill or panacea could resuscitate any part of it. At least have sympathy to the lives lost owing to this tragedy.

The government will replace the bridge soon but the lives lost can never be replaced. May those souls rest in peace.
