The Colombo High Court Trial-at-Bar today acquitted and released all the suspects, including Avant Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi from all charges in relation to the Avant-Garde floating armoury case.

When the main crime suspect is released before hand now it's imperative that the subordinates are being acquitted with fully aware of the result going to be in the centre of the trial bar drama. When are these perpetrators going to be put behind the bars sentenced for the crimes .Sad story of the legal bodies of Sri Lanka.

Politically motivated cases cannot be sustained in a court of law and blaming judges or anybody is the manifestation of the failure of those perpetrators. Their frustration and sense of disappointment is quite understood.
