Colombo, May 10 (Daily Mirror) - Army Commander Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo paid a visit to the Polonnaruwa General Hospital to inquire into the condition of the soldiers injured in the recent helicopter crash.
The incident occurred during a demonstration ahead of the passing out parade at the Sri Lanka Army Special Forces Training School in Maduru Oya yesterday.
During his visit, the Army Commander spoke with hospital authorities regarding the medical care being provided and discussed arrangements for any further treatment required for the injured personnel.
The Sri Lanka Army continues to monitor the condition of the affected soldiers closely, ensuring they receive the necessary support during their recovery.
