Perpetual Treasuries Limited (PTL) Owner Arjun Aloysius and its CEO Kasun Palisena, who were arrested by the CID over the Central Bank bond scam, were further remanded till June 21 by the Fort Magistrate’s Court today. (Yoshitha Perera)
