Colombo, August 25 (Daily Mirror) - A group of party leaders including former President Maithripala Sirisena and UNP seniors are currently having a discussion with Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa at his office.

The discussion is aimed at deciding on strategies on working together to face the situation that had arisen after the arrest of former President Ranil Wickremesinghe on Friday.

Premadasa did not participate in the joint opposition media conference on Sunday though some SJB MPs such as Kavinda Jayawardena and former MP Mayantha Dissanayake were present.

These leaders are bullshitting the public. The lawyers must make a srtong application for bail citing special circunstances as stated in the law. That is what must happen. Not to bring people to the city and create trouble. If Bail is refused take the issue to the higher court.
