A 28-hour water cut in several areas in Colombo

A 28-hour water cut will take effect from Saturday (Nov. 13) 8.00 pm to Sunday (Nov. 14) 12 midnight in several areas in Colombo, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) said.

The affected areas include Colombo 05, 06, 07, 08, Kotte, Kaduwela, Maharagama and Boralesgamuwa.

The public is advised to store sufficient water in advance to avoid discomfort.
