75 arrested with drugs near schools

Police have arrested 75 individuals during a drug raid carried out near 122 schools in the Western Province, police said.

The police have recovered 2 kg and 148 gms of 'Mava', 9 gms 345 mgs of heroine and 1 gm and 522 mgs of ICE and 10 Ecstasy pills during the raid.

Capital punishment is the only answer to control this problem. This is not a human rights issue, this is a crime which destroys the whole country. Some action need to be taken island wide.

There is no comment about these regular detections made by the Forces and Police from the President, PM or Minister in charge of the country's security? Are these Leader unaware of these happenings or, why cannot our so called MPs in the Opposition raise this issue in Parliament ?
