So why was not the Tangalle UC chairman and the henchmen not sentenced to death. Does a different law exist in different parts of the country

this is a joke drives me mad i always think of leaving this awful country i am here only becouse my father. i hold australian p.r too. p.s chairman get 20 years killing and raping. this guys get death for killing. this is bull. they all should be shoot via DM Android App
