60 year old Italian found dead

A body of a 60 year old Italian national was found in Negombo yesterday. According to the Police the tourist had arrived in the island on December 3, and had rented a house for lodging where he was found dead.

Initial investigations revealed that the death was due to natural causes. The body is currently at the Negombo base hospital for postmortem inquiries.
