Forty-seven Assistant Superintendents of Police, who were promoted from the Chief Inspectors few weeks ago have been transferred with effect from April 15, Police said.
 
Accordingly, ASPs of Terrorism Investigation Divisions (TID) Colombo South, Colombo North, Criminal Investigations Division(CID), Ministerial Security Division(MSD), Special Bureau, Narcotics Bureau and Special Investigations Unit have also been transferred.
