All bus drivers should be subjected to random tests for blood alcohol levels ,no matter who opposes it

Elsewhere, in a report it was said that the driver was using the hand phone and was talking when the accident occurred. The judges should extend maximum punishment and sentence these drivers to jail to serve a long time as an example.
