rather than using army personal for road work, the govt should implement a system for all buses to be driven by army personal with high discipline and training. Then the private owners have to pay the army an assigned salary per driver. I think this way we could end this bus driver menace. many countries only allow professionals to drive trains and busses due to the high responsibility they hold. via DM Android App

No doubt speeding and overtaking when they should wait. No army personnel--this is a civilian activity! Unless, of course you want a completely militarized society. But, do you think Army men are any more responsible than these private bus drivers?
