24 hour water cut in Wattala and Kelaniya

A 24-hour water cut will be imposed in several areas of Wattala and Kelaniya from 10am today (17) to 10am tomorrow (18) the National Water Supply and Drainage Board stated.

The water cut will be imposed in Wattala, Thelagapatha, Ela Road to Malweda Road, Weliamuna, Hendala – Old Negombo Road, Awariwatta, Station Road, Hendala Junction to Adi Wissa Road on Negombo Road, Welikadamulla and Dikowita.

In addition to this the water supply to areas surrounding Kelaniya- Fish Market Road and Meenagahawatta will also be suspended, the water board said.
