Colombo, July 21 (Daily Mirror) - At least 21 passengers were injured following a collision between two buses in Galigamuwa, within the Kegalla police area, early this morning, police said.
The accident occurred around 5 a.m. when a private bus traveling from Kegalla to Ratnapura collided with a Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) bus en route from Weragoda to Kegalla.
The injured passengers were rushed to the Kegalla and Warakapola Base Hospitals for treatment.
Kegalla Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
