THANKS A LOT DAILY MIRROR for telling us about those skilled craftsmen. A lot of work is involved and it is a very time cosuming, challenging task to put up a pandol.
Those skilled, talented artists, craftsmen and techinicians should have some good recognisiton by the government, and should be rewarded.

My opinion was pandals is a waste of money and electricity. But not now. I never knew this much people live by doing this and this much effort may behind the lights.

very interesting video an insight in to the pandal art. I think only in Sri Lanka we have this art of pandals
