Swiss Embassy local staffer, Garnier Banister Francis, who arrived at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) this morning to give a statement, was taken to the National Institute of Mental Health.
She had been directed to the Mental Health Institute by a judicial medical officer (JMO).
She has claimed that she was allegedly abducted by unidentified people.

Here, at Gota's command, who is a master in torture, a victim is psychologically tormented, which the UN classifies as torture. As soon as the Rajapaksa clan came in power, human rights are trampled on again.

We think the doctors to be genuine experts but in actual fact they are almost scientifically illiterate. That is why in a criminal case, the doctors for prosecution and the doctors for the defence have diametrically opposite views about the same case. They are just simpletons with artificial “Doctor” title and they survive by doing “guess work”.

Her only escape route for her is now show a mental health problem. She is caught red handed. She should be put behind bars otherwise not the NGOs who write here ,the public will be angry.

Fabricated nonsense. Fainting. No cctv shows what she says. Thank God for GR. Too many anti sri lankans at work locally and globally.

These comments are dominated by NGO men, not the general public view.

When UNP won the election in 2015, they thought they are on top of the world, and still have not come down to earth. They look like Montessori kids compared to the Rajapakses' ruthless politics. It is a puzzle how UNP survived from 1948.
