International real estate platform Lamudi delivered not just one but two successful expos in Sri Lanka last year. Following the popularity of these events, a third expo is to be held at Taj amudra over the weekend of June (17th and 18th ).
Doors will open at 10am until 7pm on both days, so there is plenty of time to explore and investigate. With partners such as Home Lands, AVIC, and Dusit Thani, the expo will introduce visitors to the most exciting aspects of Sri Lanka’s real estate market.
Both of last year’s expos attracted many visitors including property seekers, developers, agents, builders, architects, and designers.
Exhibitors in attendance included both local and international developers, financial firms, interior designers, and construction companies. All were ready to advise, consult, and provide quotes where possible. Guests were attracted by this one stop shop for property on the island.
There really was something for everyone. From diverse stands and interesting talks to Q&A sessions and workshops, this year’s attendees will come away with knowledge and a more in depth view of the market. Over 1,500 guests are expected to attend the expo this June.
Top real estate development firms from all over the island and beyond will be exhibiting and presenting their cutting edge projects to guests.
In addition to comprehensive information being delivered on the stalls themselves, 3D models will be on hand for those who want to get a 360 view of the newest buildings on the horizon.
Sri Lanka’s economy has been blossoming since the declaration of peace in 2009 and property investors are eagerly purchasing homes and office space all over the country.
Growth is still very positive in the country, and both urbanization and tourism figures are looking healthy, with tourism figures rising by 14 percent last year.
As a result, increasing numbers of investors are expressing an interest in real estate on the island. Both overseas and local investors can discover valuable information at the expo about how and when to invest.
They will have the opportunity to ask experts any questions that may come to mind.
Whether guests are contemplating an investment, working on a project themselves, or planning to sell, they will come away from the expo feeling satisfied.
They will return home with a brand new perspective on Sri Lanka’s real estate landscape.
