What a pathetic state of affairs? The police always runs behind escapees. They are not smart and intelligent enough to foresee such an event. We wonder what exactly are they trained in and are capable of?

Police can't even see to safe custody of people in their care especially during the regime of the present government and a. according to their record in the past periods. Just see the number of people killed as per the records. Food for thought.
