“It is also recommended to frequently eat fresh fruit, food with vitamin D, C, A and to expose to sunlight between 7.00 am to 10.00 am,” Dr Atapattu said.

Our Health Ministry is big joke. The conduct no research on this virus. Just blind theories. The solution is to negotiate with the vaccine manufactures and the vaccine down. They do no even like to talk of the vaccine as it is costly. Cheap thing no good, good things no cheap.
