A total of 504 Sri Lankans who were stranded in several countries, arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) this morning, Airport Duty Manager said.
Accordingly, 144 Sri Lankans were brought in by two flights from Dubai, 31 from the Maldives, 51 from Doha - Qatar, 75 from Australia and 203 from Japan.
PCR tests have been conducted on all the passengers by Government and private hospitals in Colombo and later they were directed to tourist hotels and State quarantine centres to undergo the mandatory quarantine process, the Duty Manager added. (T.K.G. Kapila)
