20 injured in bus accident in Galle

At least 20 people were injured when their Deniyaya bound SLTB bus from Colombo collided head-on with a private bus at Kudake Junction on the Galle-Deniyaya Main Road this evening, police said.
They said the private bus was heading towards Galle from Akuressa at the time of the accident.
The injured were admitted to the Karapitiya, Akuressa and Imaduwa hospitals. (G.W. K. Premathileke de Silva)
